The January 2009 International FAST Conference (formerly known as Pre-Certification Seminar) is a week long training seminar designed for many different populations: those interested in learning more about the FAST program, its researched-based components, and other areas such as program implementation; individuals who are interested in becoming a FAST trainer, or FAST trainers who are in need of re-certification or secondary certification in an additional program model.

If you have any questions regarding the FAST program, FST, the International FAST Conference, how to become a certified trainer, whether you are up for re-certification, or any other questions...please do not hesitate to contact the conference coordinator.

Conference registration covers the cost of conference fees and materials. Breakfast will be provided for you every morning while attending the conference as will lunch on Tuesday. All other costs, including travel and lodging, are the responsibility of the conference participant or the agency that they represent.

Discovery FAST
Monday, Jan. 26 - Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2009 :: 8:00 am - 5:00 pmWe're proud to present Discover FAST (formerly FAST 101) at this year's conference. This 2-day seminar will introduce our program to anyone interested in finding a practical and lasting solution to improving family function and boosting the academic performance of children of all ages. It promises to enlighten, entertain, and endear the newcomer to FAST, while helping them understand both the science and the magic behind the FAST program set. Whether the registrant is interested in Baby FAST, Teen FAST, Middle School FAST, our popular Kids FAST program or the Pre-K version, the participant will come away with a good understanding of how the program might fit into their practice and into their community. In order to ensure a more "hands on" approach to learning by way of small group interaction, participants must choose an area of emphasis upon registration for which FAST model and target age group they are interested in learning about. Baby FAST Certification Training

Pre-K FAST Tracks
Pre-K FAST Certification Training -- COMBINATION TRACK
Monday, Jan. 26 - Friday, Jan. 30, 2009 :: 8:00 am - 5:00 pmPre-K FAST Training is offered as an additional session to the Kids FAST track. it enables trainers certifying in Kids FAST to become certified in both program versions at the same time. This helps training candidates avoid the extra costs of attending more than one conference. Trainees still must complete the internship process for each version in order to remain certified to conduct the respective FAST version.
