Leadership Team Training
Training includes launch consulting and issue support provided by a certified trainer. All clients receive six days of training, coaching, and site review services administered by our organization's offices. Teams will occasionally attrite members and may conduct informal internal training for new members. When a team loses 1/2 of its members who were trained by us, retraining is required, which is provided at a discount.
