The FAST Office and international headquarters of Families and Schools Together, Inc. at 2801 International Lane, Suite 212, Madison, WI, will be closing its physical location as staff transition to full-time, 100% remote work from home.
Significant changes to operations include:
- MAILING ADDRESS: Please contact us if you require a mailing address.
- PHONE NUMBER: The FAST Office can be reached at (608) 663-2382. You will be prompted to leave a voicemail. There are no employee extension numbers.
- TOLL-FREE NUMBER: The toll-free number is no longer operational.
- FAX NUMBER: The fax number is no longer operational.
- ACTIVITY MATERIALS: Family Flag bases and poles, Feeling Charades cards, and the Family Connections (middle school) board game, as well as FAST gear, remain available for purchase.
- SHIPPING: Additional time may be needed to obtain purchased items from storage before shipping.
- SURVEYS: Print surveys are no longer utilized. All surveys are delivered via email and must be completed online.
